Asst. Manager - Organization Development

Job Description / Responsibility
  • Organization Development:
  • Develop and administer best practice forms and process documentation including, employment handbooks, orientation materials, and policies tailored to specific client business requirements and practices;
  • Prepare role profiling, collect and compile compensation survey data and generate reports;
  • Assist Lead Consultant in various projects e.g. workforce planning, performance management system designing, competency mapping and other enterprise transformation projects;
  • Create a Business Development Plan to Generate Organization Sales Growth and Profitability:
  • Develop and implement strategies and initiatives to generate new clients and expand current clients;
  • Develop a marketing plan that supports strategic initiatives;
  • Establish a daily and weekly business development schedule to reach individual and team objectives;
  • Work directly with Lead Consultant to establish individual activity and result expectations;

  • Ability to make sound business decisions in a fast-paced environment;
  • Possess strong negotiation skills;
  • Ability to develop strong interpersonal relationships and appropriate rapport with all levels within client organizations and candidates;
