Job Description / Responsibility
- Organization Development:
- Develop and administer best practice forms and process documentation including, employment handbooks, orientation materials, and policies tailored to specific client business requirements and practices;
- Prepare role profiling, collect and compile compensation survey data and generate reports;
- Assist Lead Consultant in various projects e.g. workforce planning, performance management system designing, competency mapping and other enterprise transformation projects;
- Create a Business Development Plan to Generate Organization Sales Growth and Profitability:
- Develop and implement strategies and initiatives to generate new clients and expand current clients;
- Develop a marketing plan that supports strategic initiatives;
- Establish a daily and weekly business development schedule to reach individual and team objectives;
- Work directly with Lead Consultant to establish individual activity and result expectations;
